Working principle:Ion-exchange mixed-beded for water treatment
Mixed-bed for water treatment is working in electrolyte solution by
exchanging resin to wipe off all kinds of
kation and anion, is a method to produce high purity water , which
can not be substituted.Ion-exchange equipment is of kation
exchanging equipment and anion equipment. When the raw water
passing ion-exchange pole, the kation nd anion(HCO3-plasma ion)in
water will exchange with H+ of positive resin and OH- of negative
resin to get salt taking-off.The combination of kation and anion
will get the water higher purified.

When raw water with rigid ion passing resin in the exchanging
cylinder, Ca2+, Mg2+ in water is exchanged and absorbed by Na+ in
resin, wiping off Ca2+, Mg2+ and carbonate or non carbonate
rigidity, is called softened water.
The resin must be regenerated after absorbing some Ca2+ Mg2+,
regeneration is washing resin layer using brine in salt box. Na+ in
salt water exchange the rigid ion of resin into water, then
discharged with regeneration liquid off the cylinder. Recovering
exchanging capacity, and continuously softening water.

Ion-exchange for water treatment is a method to wipe off the
electrolyte in water by use of selection and balancing principle to
ion with kation and anion exchanging resin. The system is working
with the principle of filling kation and anion resin in exchanging
pole, using ion-exchange resin to exchange with calcium, magnesium
and natrium ions to get high pure water. Ion-exchange resin is
macromolecule compound,it is stable in water, acid, alkali and
salt, does not melt. Resin is of large quantity exchanging, long
